Parlay: Tampa Bay -2.5 @ NY Jets, U 41
Jets are starting rookie quarterback, Geno Smith, who apparently spent too much time under Sanchez's wing. Just flat out bad. Bucs have a solid D and are going to capitalize on turnovers and lack of actual NFL talent by the Jets. I expect a low scoring game as the Jets D still finished tops in stopping the pass without Revis. Apparently Vegas knows something I don't to make this spread less than 10 points. Great chance Jets go 0-16 and then draft someone that won't be in the league in 2 years.
Falcons @ Saints -3
Asante Samuel battling thigh injury and might not play meaning the Falcons would start 2 rookie cornerbacks. Drew Brees is the best in the business and now doesn't have to worry about trying to be the head coach since Sean Payton has returned. If I know Sean he's bringing a can of that Stone Cold Steve Austin Whoop Ass. Matt Ryan is 1-4 in the Super Dome and the Falcons can't win a big game. It's science.
Monday Night: Texans -3.5 @ Chargers
I can't wrap my head around this line. Look, if you have a savings account or some sort of trust fund set up for your future kids, bet it on the Texans. I'm not so sure the Chargers will even score a touchdown this year let alone get within 4 points of the Texans Monday night. Danny Woodhead might be there best player. No, really he really might be. Arian Foster is healthy for week 1 and Andre Johnson looks like it's 4 years ago. Cushing is back and lets not forget JJ Watt still plays for them. This one is going to get ugly.
